Height Increase Insoles

Air cushion heel-lift insoles that slip inside your trainers and boots. Pick the lift that suits you: 3cm, 4.5cm, or 6cm.

• Hidden. Sits inside the shoe, so nobody sees it.
• Air cushion. A soft air pocket in the heel for comfort with each step.
• Easy to use. Place it in the heel of your shoe and walk.

Choosing a height: 3cm suits roomy trainers and boots, 4.5cm suits high-tops and deep boots, and 6cm only fits very deep, roomy shoes. The higher the lift, the more room your shoe needs, so measure your shoe's depth first.

Give your feet a few days to adjust and start with shorter wear. Stop using them if you feel pain, and speak to a podiatrist or doctor if you have foot or back problems.
